Stay Conditions: 

The Annex sleeps up to 4 guests (including kids 2 years and older).

Pet Friendly: $45 for one dog, $60 for two dogs (maximum of two dogs).

Two-night minimum stay on weekends.

Please email or call for Holiday/Event minimum night stays and discounted 4+ nights stay rates.

Check In/Out: The house is available to guests after 3 p.m. P.T. on the first day of stay until 11 a.m. P.T. the day of departure.

Payment: Full payment is required to secure the house. RATES AND RESERVATIONS

Cancellations:

  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
  • The Airbnb service fee is non-refundable.
  • If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Airbnb within 24 hours of check-in.
  • Airbnb will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
  • A reservation is officially canceled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
  • Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Guest Refund Policy, safety cancellations, or extenuating circumstances. Please review these exceptions.
  • Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.

Entire House (Main House and Annex)
